Q. Is there an easier way to place orders?
A. Absolutely. When you are ready to place your order, simply give our Customer Service Team your quote number and that will help speed things along.

Delivery Timeframes

Q. What is the cut off time for next day delivery in the metropolitan area (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne)?
A. If you need your order by the next day, we really need to get your order as early as possible on the day prior but by 2pm at the latest; this gives us time to do the paperwork, source your stock, and organize transport etc. But the earlier you can place your order the better we can meet your needs.

If you can’t get to us until after 2.00pm, but still need your stock the next day, we will move heaven and earth to organize it for you, but it will be subject to transport availability. If we can get transport, an additional charge of $200 will apply. The delivery time will also be subject to transport availability.

If my order is for ‘next day delivery’ what time of the day will it arrive?
‘Next day delivery’ means sometime during the next day. Unfortunately we can’t commit to an exact time, but we will endeavour to get your delivery to you as soon as we can.

Delivery Costs

Q. When do I have to pay a freight cost?
A. Metro Areas:
We understand sometimes you only need a few items, but unfortunately we still incur those ugly admin costs. So where the total value of an order is less than $1,000, a delivery charge of $100 will apply.

Other Areas:
For delivery outside the defined metropolitan area, freight costs will be charged to the buyer with due consideration to the delivery location, quantity ordered and 'on-ground' and 'on-truck' requirements. The actual freight cost will apply.

Credit Claims

Q. What do I do if I need to claim a credit?
A. We have a simple form for you to fill out which should help speed this process up. Just give our Customer Service Team a call and they can send one out to you, alternatively download a copy from our website.
