James Hardie FRC pipes performance is second to none, with excellent working pressure, fire resistance, acoustic properties and durability attributes.

The maximum pressure for FRC™ pipes in suspended applications is 0.25MPa (25m head).

FRC™ pipes that penetrate fire resistance rated walls or concrete floors, achieve fire resistance levels up to and including 4 hours.

Acoustic Properties
Because of the excellent acoustic properties of fibre reinforced concrete pipe, the use of FRC™ pipes in suspended applications significantly reduces hydraulic noise emitted from pipeline flow.

Durability
The autoclaved curing process undertaken during manufacture enhances the resistance of FRC™ pipes to corrosive environments.
