James Hardie FRC pipes performance is second to none, with excellent working pressure, fire Resistance, acoustic properties and durability attributes.
 
 

Working Pressure
The maximum recommended working pressure for FRC™ pipes in suspended systems is 0.25Mpa (25m head).

FRC™ pipes that penetrate fire resistance rated walls or concrete floors, achieve fire resistance levels up to and including 4 hours.
