The Sanishute™ pipe is quality, autoclaved, fibre reinforced concrete manufactured by James Hardie Australia Pty Ltd.

Sanishute™ pipes basic composition is Portland cement, ground sand, cellulose fibre and water and are manufactured with a smooth inner surface and constant internal diameter to ensure snag free operation.

Reduction Cap
Pre-cast reinforced concrete reduction cap.

Deflection Chute (Refuse)
The deflection chute comes complete with self-closing door, fusible link, and latch for manual closing. Deflection chutes can be made to order by James Hardie FRC Pipes.

Support Brackets
Clamp type galvanised steel support brackets are fixed to the floor slab with M12 Dynabolts (one support bracket is required per floor).

Extraction Fan OD04
240V ventilation fan.
Installed by a qualified electrician.

Service Door
Side opening (for linen) or hopper (for refuse).

Sealants and Adhesives
Epoxy:
Hilti CA 273 or approved equivalent

Sealants:
Sealant must be compatible with material and intended chute usage. Non-hardening silicones, mastics or polyurethanes are generally suitable. Refer to Sanishute™ Disposal System Installation Brochure for application details.
