Over 5,000m of Class 1 and 2 FRC™ pipes were incorporated into this landmark project situated along a 3.5km stretch of prime ocean frontage on the northern New South Wales coastline.
 
Casuarina Beach Estate will provide more than 600 homes, over 1500 luxury apartments, three boutique hotels, and a selection of grocery and specialty shops.
 
The re-specification of the below ground drainage for this project allowed for Class 3 SRC pipes or Class 1 and Class 2 FRC™ pipes. Civil contractors South East Excavations elected to install FRC™ pipes and achieve a lower risk factor and significant installation savings.
